Zoe's 5th Birthday

We celebrated Zoe's 5th birthday with her good friend Emily. They both turned 5 in January and we had a gymnastics arty for them at a local gym. They had a ball! It was so cute to see the kids running around and jumping and climbing! We also had a small celebration on her actual birthday when we opened presents from the family. All in all, another great birthday for Zoe :) We've been blessed with some good friends here in Monterey.

Move to Monterey

We have made it safely to California. We arrived late August and are just loving it here!!! Sorry about the lack of posts, we are currently without my computer. We move into our new home on Dec 18 and are currently staying in a furnished condo nearby :). I promise to write more and add more pix as we get settled :)

Jenna's 3rd Birthday!

We had a great weekend celebrating Jenna's 3rd birthday. On Saturday, we opened presents from the family and enjoyed a teeny tiny Belle cake, which Jenna just loved! Sunday was her big day - lots of friends, cake, and an enormous bouncy castle! She had been excited about this for weeks, and was comletely blown away by the idea that the bouncy castle would actually be IN our yard. "That's silly!" she'd say and smile and hold her hands over her head to show us just how BIG the bouncy castle would be. Lots of friends came to celebrate with us. We even got to share her birthday with her good friend Ty, who turned four the same week. Happy birthday Jenna!

San Antonio, TX

We went to San Antonio to see Frank's cousin Matt graduate from Air Force boot camp. It was a beautiful cermony, and we were so happy to share it with the family. We spend a few days with Frank's cousins touring the big SA sights and introducing them to our favorite SA restaurants. While in SA we stayed with some great friends the Horines. We had a great time catching up and visiting some of our old stomping grounds. It was great to see everyone!

Celebrating Father's Day in Greune, TX

Moab, Utah

We went to Moab, UT for a long weekend to hike and enjoy the scenery. We'd been there before, but this was the first time we really got to hike it with the kids. The girls were little troopers and hiked even the bigger trails all on their own. We hope to get back one more time to off-road before we move. It is such an amazing and immense place, it is hard to describe in pix, but here are a few cute ones anyway of the whole family there.

Zoe's Ballet Recital

This Friday was Zoe's last ballet class. They put on an adorable little recital for everyone. We were glad Frank was able to be there for it too! We had a great year in ballet. Zoe made a few really good friends, and she is very proud of all the dance moves and songs she learned all year!

Frank's UNM Graduation!

Frank graduated with his MBA from The University of New Mexico last Saturday! It has been a lot of hard work, but it all finally paid off! We are very proud of him!
